Supplier search takes 5–14 business days. Production varies from 15 to 60 days. Sea freight adds 25–45 days. A typical full cycle is 6–12 weeks from supplier approval.
We recommend all communication passes through us during negotiation. Once the contract is signed, we give you direct contact for production follow-up.
We work with most categories: electronics, textiles, home goods, toys, machinery, food, cosmetics and more. Some legally restricted categories are excluded. We confirm feasibility at the initial consultation.
Minimum order to the factory is HK$8,500 (≈€1,000). There is no minimum for the initial consultation.
50% is paid at project start. The remaining 50% is invoiced when you receive the approved supplier report or when QC gives the green light. The factory payment is a separate direct transaction between you and the verified supplier.
In Pro and Premium plans, pre-shipment QC prevents defective goods from being shipped. If defects are detected we demand correction before authorising final payment.
Yes. Once signed under Chinese law, price and conditions are fixed. Our local presence eliminates the unilateral price increases common with foreign buyers.
Yes. HispanoBridge PanAsia Holdings Limited is registered in Hong Kong (BR No. 79847047). We issue official invoices for all services.
